This happened to me too. It said that I hadn't completed 3 hobbies, even though I had already gotten the original prizes and had those 3 LP as a reward now.
Same with the careers. I've completed all of them years ago, but now only says I've done 3 of them.

As far as I've seen, the mirror, the towel rack in the back and the decoration on the sink are new, along with the clothes. The sink itself is a recolor of the snow chalet sink, that we can buy in the online store and the wallpaper is one we can unlock from the mystery box.
