Yeah, I call shenanigans on this whole event... the “competitor” sim darts way ahead at the beginning of each day and the prices to catch up are ludicrous. I was able to finally get it working by sending home all but one of my sims. Had eight of them there before thanks to previous tasks. I’m behind, but not irretrievably so.

We're now able to rotate doors and windows in place. It'd be nice to be able to do the same with switchback staircases, inverting them without changing the direction they face...

Now we just need some variants without glass in them, maybe with a shelf with different nick-knacks on it, the kind of thing you'll often find between a kitchen and a dining room.

Is it just me or has the cap on unique items per house gone up?
