Anyone happen to know what the 28 sim Day 7 quest is, and if pre-teens can do it?

Wash dishes and DO NOT use pre teens. It will look like they can when you tap on sink and they go towards it. But when they arrive, they refuse. Seniors and teens can do it
I left house before they arrived at sink (anxious to set up sims at next house) and wouldn't have realized except I double checked I had all 28 set before I closed game.
