After it was over, before I sent the last sim home, all the interactions with Santa were available again. Except, even though toddlers wanted to, and Santa sat down so they might have, the chair wasn’t well placed for them to sit in his lap. They could be cuddle though, and everyone else was able to interact with him properly and he showed up in their relationship tab too.

I wonder if the inability to interact with Santa was because of his new summer outfit. After the quest ended he was in his old familiar outfit, and interactions were possible again. Not a coincidence, methinks.

Maybe the Santa in the shorts was an imposter all along!
