Downtown Developer X not working

I am doing a Downtown Developer and ran into something new. I progressed to a new site and one of the X won't work. Nothing happens when I tap it. Other one is fine.

The "new" site was the same as old one, if that makes a difference, but it's happened occasionally before.

I tried the usual things, closing and restarting app, using a different Sim, clearing cache, restarting phone, etc.

Any suggestions?

It seems to have corrected itself after a cycle so I lost only a little progress.
