In my game it is added for Level 36 But I didn’t find the others, yet.

Send your Sims to work every day. Even if it's the only thing you manage to do.

You can use the simolean spin plant for free once every 4 hours.

When you are specializing a Sim, if there's an option to complete it with a job, do that. You advance them and collect Simoleans on top of it! (Keep declining to specialize them and then reselecting the specialize button until a job pops up.)

The Espresso Machines and Milkshake Makers don‘t work.
