The stuff we buy with credits won’t be moveable to other locations in our towns.
I also saw somewhere that our sims will be able to visit then but not interact with staff.
I’m more than half way there because I sacrificed my saved SP points to be able to do more than 1 per let shift.

Thank you so much for sharing the details for after we reach level 45.

I’ve also managed to put in more than the allotted 2 shifts per day most days, and I’m almost at level 35. Making that level means I have over half the “likes” required to reach level 45. It feels like this is taking forever.

Usually I give them the breaks right before I start a tour and I stay in the Café until the tour is finished. If necessary I send them on a break again. One of the other employees will do their job then :) They are like my own Sims and I don’t like my Sims being stressed

I agree about the stress - I don’t like my Sims to be stressed either. My cafe staff just doesn’t do right with their breaks lol but I’m doing better with giving them more breaks. 🙈🙈🙈

After I posted this, I realized I can call my sims over there now…they just get in the way though lol 😂

I was really weird having Laura Craft poking around the cafe whenever I was there too.

A tip for anyone just starting this - hire at least 3 specialists for each station -there will be times when one is on time off and another in training, so you’ll need a third to work a shift. Also, hire them at the highest level you can - training times get really long. I have one now going from level 9 to 10, and the training is 25 hours.

Possibly it’s better to wait until the extra specialists are really needed. Though it‘s not easy to decide when :?

The times off are 45 minutes. (Skipping would cost 5 SP/each) All employees can get this time while you can’t start a new shift anyway. When you‘re back to the game they are ready for the shift. In the beginning the trainings are short enough to cope with them the same way.

The higher the level of the existing specialists the higher the level of the ones you can hire. The hook: The CC-costs of hiring them goes up with the level they‘re on. It depends on the kind of specialist and their mood. The screenshots show level 1, 8, 9 and a toast specialist level 10.

I‘m not sure how the temporary employee (cost 25 SP) will help if the pastry specialist is off.
